An alias can be assigned to an output, so that this name appears in the HDL output instead of the automatically generated name.
To open Add Alias dialog:

Open new or saved document i.e. select New Document or Open from the File menu. |

Select Object tab in Properties Editor. |
3. |
Select a UML object in UML Object Diagram Drawing area. |
4. |
On Object tab find Outputs property category and select the output you want to create an alias for. |

Select the right-hand cell of the output and click button to open Add Alias dialog. |
NOTE: |
Enter a unique name to assign an alias to the output. The name should be non-numeric. Otherwise, the system will display a warning. |

As long as the alias has been added user may see it in Aliases property category on Document tab in Properties Editor.
In order to edit already existing alias you'll have to select the aliases' right-hand cell and click button. This will open Edit Alias dialog which is identical in its outlook with Add Alias dialog.
To delete a certain alias:

select the alias in Aliases property category on Document tab in Properties Editor; |
2. |
select the aliases' right-hand cell and click button; |
3. |
confirm the operation in Remove Alias popup. |
